Kevin Owens
Barrister and Solicitor
Born and raised in Kingston, Ontario, Kevin is a graduate of Bishop's University in Lennoxville, Quebec and the University of Exeter in Devon, United Kingdom. Called to the Bar in 2023, he worked as an associate at a small but busy local firm before starting his own solo practice in 2026, focusing on estate planning and estate administration.
Kevin's aim is to provide a highly-responsive and mobile practice, with extended, flexible hours and an emphasis on house calls in order to maximize availability and accommodate clients and their schedules to the highest degree possible.
Kevin also provides services specifically tailored to inmates of federal and provincial institutions in the greater Kingston area, assisting these clients with arranging Power of Attorney documents as well as addressing other estate planning concerns.
In his spare time, Kevin has a particular passion for travel. He also enjoys reading, playing music with friends, playing with his two cats, and learning to make ever more elaborate cocktails from his collection of recipe books.
